As a Realtor, Investor and Builder with successful experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, I have purchased and sold millions of dollars of property and buildings. As a Builder have marketed and sold over 800 units in new construction.
As an expert in the real estate profession I am excited to help others achieve financial security through investments in real property. I am comfortable with transactions ranging from large scale development projects to first-time home purchases.
My broad experience allows me to be a great advocate for prospective real estate buyers and sellers.
I was born and raised in Twin Falls, Idaho (Magic Valley). Southern Idaho offers many different experiences within minutes to hours of different adventure await. With Jackpot Nevada 45 minutes, Salt Lake City 3 hours, Yellowstone 3 hours, Sun Valley 1 ½ hours and Boise Idaho 2 hours away with vast amounts of adventures in between it is hard to find a better place to live. I like all the different seasons Twin Falls has to offer.
I enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking, riding ATV’s and hunting. The last few years I have been busy coaching my daughters or watching them play Softball, Volleyball and Soccer. This keeps me very busy chasing them around the region.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, I worked for Smiths Food King at the age of 14 working my way up from bag boy, shelf stocker, cashier to Journeyman. I stayed with Smiths for 10 years before going to work with Auto Phone (Motorola) I sold two-way radios and eventually cellular phones for the next 10 years. I always meet my goals and when Auto Phone was bought out by Mobex communication I became the highest grossing agent in the company across the United States of more than 300 employees. That year was the Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah and had sold a very large system to Snow Basin (Sinclair Oil and Sun Valley Company) that hosted the downhill skiing for the Olympics that year. Some where in the middle of these companies I required my Real Estate license and have been in the Business for more than 16 years. I started out with ReMax (Jane George) that later merged with Century 21 (Koelean Lytle) had became very successful in working with buyers and sellers. 8 years of the 15 I went to work for Wolverton Homes and had a wide range of positions from Marketing, Client Relations, Reviewing plans, Colors selections, Decorating , Walk throughs, Managing jobs, Land deals, Commercial, Closing statements and more. This was a large learning experience in the market with helping sell and manage over 800 homes. I am very knowledgable of new construction and the building process. In the middle of 2010 I went to work for Canyonside Irwin Realty and now look forward to serving New and Past clients in Real Estate. In April 2011 I earned my GRI designation now on my way to get my Brokers designastion.
